Our work focused on creating a creative system that could translate Udemy’s values into everyday internal experiences. Through strategic visual exploration and system thinking, we helped shape a flexible identity that supports storytelling, recognition, and consistency across the organisation.

Turning company values into lived experience.
We partnered with Stride & Udemy to develop a creative direction and visual system that made their values tangible, expressive, and usable. Working closely with Udemy’s internal teams and delivery partners, we explored multiple visual routes, from character-led storytelling to type-driven and modular systems, each designed to interpret the values in a way that felt accessible and human rather than prescriptive. The final system was built to flex: across internal campaigns, events, presentations, and digital touchpoints. By focusing on clarity, warmth, and recognisable human cues, the work helped transform abstract principles into something employees could connect with, see themselves in, and carry forward.
