Udemy Values

Udemy is one of the world's leading learning platforms, with over 70 million learners and a global workforce to match. Values at that scale are easy to state and hard to feel. Our work was to close that gap.

Working with Stride and Udemy's internal teams, we built a creative system that could translate the company's values into something employees could actually see themselves in, across every format, every region, every team.

Turning company values into
lived experience.

We explored multiple creative directions before landing on the right one. Character-led storytelling, type-driven systems, modular frameworks: each route was pressure-tested against the same question - does this feel human, or does it feel like a policy document? The final system had to work everywhere. Internal campaigns, company events, presentations, digital touchpoints, and merch. Motion brought it to life in digital contexts, while the illustration style gave it warmth and recognisability across a hugely diverse global workforce. Built for consistency, but flexible enough to breathe. For an organisation of Udemy's size, that kind of coherence doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of tight collaboration, clear strategic thinking, and a creative system with real conviction behind it.
